AIR Program Cancellation Policy:

- Once an appointment is scheduled with the VIS Studio instructor, dedicated time is set aside exclusively for you.

- If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice before the scheduled time, a penalty fee of $50.00 will be applied.

- To avoid the cancellation fee, please provide a cancellation notice at least 2 days prior to your appointment.

- Please note that during daytime hours, the studio manager may be unavailable at the computer. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please send a text message or make a phone call to 250 797 8432.
