The Process
You may initiate the process by submitting the form below. I will review your completed application and contact you to discuss the project and the process in more detail.
Once the aspects of your project have been reviewed and a contract for the sculpture is signed, I will get to work. Around 4-5 weeks later, you will receive photographs of 2 clay sculptures depicting your dog. You will select the sculpture you like best and choose a finish (glaze). It will take 2 weeks to glaze your piece and fire again.
Glaze firing is done at 2,165°F / 1,185°C. This temperature increases durability and allows the sculpture to withstand most weather conditions including a light frost.
The final sculpture will be sent to you at the address you provided.
